When Tina Brown suggested a Kardashian type of reality show would somehow change British people’s opinion about her, I just knew she was disingenuous and would continue to move the goal post to have a reason to say Meghan is a failure.
Loved this - thank you! So much criticism also making reference to her ‘million dollar Netflix deal’ and making money from her new food range. Lots of anger that she’s money-grabbing in some way which is uncouth for anyone married into the British royal family. Ok but Kate Middleton’s money literally comes from our taxes! (I’m British) The double-standards are insane. The Royal family are the biggest freeloaders of all. Let Meghan make her own money!

Yes thank you! Couldn’t agree more! Let her show up as herself, people need to stop trolling and hating on her. She hasn’t done anything to deserve any of it. People are just jumping on the hating bandwagon train and it’s exhausting to see, feels like people are doing it to get clicks which is even more sad and desperate! And it’s always other women hating on women. We should be supporting each other.
And also why is everyone saying she copied Pamela? Cooking shows have been around for forever. No one is telling Pamela that she has copied Martha? Like seriously. Let the woman cook and arrange flowers and be cute 😍💛
I have no eyed deer ;-) where all this energy is coming from, but I love it, and I appreciate you. Nearly ten years of haters trying to rob her of her humanity, and Princess Energizer Bunny Sussex is still going. Watching a dorky, earnest, thoughtful person, is a balm for the soul and we need that now more than ever in this hellscape that is Husky/Dumpy tag team era.
Yeah I don’t know why they don’t just go off and have tea or do crafts with all of their friends instead of insulting this lady with a nice Netflix show. Maybe they don’t have any friends? Maybe they don’t do crafts?
Yeah! Or get invited to a friend who wants to make them tea! Or popcorn! I am now growing multicolored corn so I can make that popcorn on the cob. Seriously I did not know you can pop it on the cob.
