Sis this so inspirational. I know good things are in your future. That line of Meghans about chasing conviction with action really made me think about things in my life as well.

You are an amazing coworker and I know how passionate you were about you last place of work. I hope they realize how big they lost when you left. I hope they realize the errors in their systems and create change for the employees that are still there. I hope you feel valued in your future endeavors.
